Sales in one application, stock in another, documents in folders and conversations, tasks scattered across messages. Answering a simple question about the company can mean piecing together several sources. E.V.A.S. has begun a new project to shorten that journey: from fragmented information to a clear business picture and an informed decision.
One workspace for the questions that matter
We are developing E.V.A.S. | BUSINESS OS, a management workspace intended to bring together agreed financial and operational sources, documents and everyday processes. The aim is not another screen full of charts, but a clearer view of what has changed, what needs checking and what to ask the team. The information available will depend on each company's priorities and connected sources.
An adviser, analyst and AI administration assistant
An important part of the project is an AI assistant that lets people discuss their business in ordinary language. We envisage it helping users navigate information, explain changes, prepare summaries and consider next steps. The AI administrator is a management assistant, not a replacement for the owner, accountant or responsible employee. People retain decisions and authority.
From a figure to a useful next step
Consider the question: ‘Sales are up, so why do we have less cash?’ A useful response starts with checking available information about receipts, expenses and outstanding balances, not a confident guess. We are designing an approach that shows the source and reporting period, separates established facts from assumptions and identifies missing information. Incomplete or outdated data should be clearly visible.
Connecting figures with day-to-day operations
This direction extends the central E.V.A.S. purpose: helping people see what matters and make timely decisions. Video review provides context for specific events, while management information offers a broader view of processes. In time, combining them within an agreed scope could connect questions about goods, standards, guest service and operations with verifiable facts rather than scattered messages.
Developed in stages and tested in practice
Work has already started. We are building and testing the workspace foundation, connections to agreed sources and assistant interaction scenarios in a test environment. This announcement marks the start of a new direction, not the release of a complete universal product. Capabilities will expand after data checks, process agreement and acceptance of individual functions.
The owner stays in control
Information access must reflect each user's role. An AI recommendation does not automatically change accounting records, send a document or make a payment. Such actions require a separately agreed workflow and confirmation. We do not promise integration with every system without assessment or guaranteed profit growth. The project's value lies in better information and the decisions people make with it.
Clarity for sustainable business development
We want owners to spend less time hunting for information and more time developing their company, its people and the quality of its work. Important changes should not disappear between applications, and management questions should lead to a clear next step.
