2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted through TOV “Hosting Ukraine” (ADM.tools / ukraine.com.ua) in Ukraine. Requests may process the IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and status code. This is necessary for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is kept only as long as required for these purposes or legal obligations. Processing outside the EEA may occur. See the host’s privacy information.
3. Browser storage
- selectedLanguage stores the language choice.
- evasCookieConsent stores the privacy choice for up to 180 days.
- evas_contact_form_data stores a form draft only for the current browser session.
The basis is section 25(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These entries can be deleted in browser settings.
4. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after explicit consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Dublin. We use measurement ID G-PBL75KD438, IP anonymisation and disable Google Signals. The basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Transfers outside the EEA may occur. Consent can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”. We do not use marketing cookies. 5. Contact form
We process name, email, phone, optional company, service area and message. Time, IP address, browser identifier and referrer may be logged for security. We do not send the IP address to an external geolocation service. Requests are delivered by email and, where configured, through Telegram; processing outside the EEA may therefore occur. Do not submit sensitive camera footage through the general form.
The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted after the request is concluded unless legal retention duties or a legitimate need for evidence apply.
6. Google Fonts and external links
Some pages load fonts from Google, which may receive the IP address. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other services connect only after a click. The external provider is then responsible for its processing.
7. No automated decision
This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The described AI pre-analysis does not replace human review.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@evas.online.
